Gavin Adcock

Gavin Adcock is a Georgia-born country-pop singer known for crafting approachable party-starting anthems and hangdog breakup ballads. Cut from the same non-stretch denim as contemporaries like Morgan Wallen, Kane Brown, and Cole Swindell, Adcock released his major-label debut, Actin' Up Again, in 2024. He returned in 2025 with My Own Worst Enemy, then issued the 2026 single "Colorblind."

Born in Watkinsville, Georgia, in 1998, Adcock was pursuing a football career at Georgia Southern University when a knee injury forced him to shift his focus to music. During recovery, he began posting his songs to social media, where his heartfelt, relatable lyrics and easy melodies quickly garnered a significant fan base, with tracks like "Ain't No Cure" and "Thrivin Here" amassing millions of streams. Both songs appeared on his debut 2022 EP, also called Thrivin Here, and helped Adcock secure a deal with Warner Nashville. Featuring the streaming hits "A Cigarette," "Four Leaf Clover," and "Sober," Actin' Up Again, his major-label debut, was released in 2024. In August 2025, he delivered his sophomore full-length, My Own Worst Enemy. Along with the rootsy, emotionally vulnerable ballad "Need To," the album also featured the tracks "On One," "Last One to Know," and "Almost Gone" with Vincent Mason. Adcock closed out the year with "Winner at Losing," his contribution to the Landman television series soundtrack. He was back in February 2026 with the ballad "Colorblind." ~ James Christopher Monger
