Music City Minute: Tim & Faith, Florida Georgia Line, Thomas Rhett

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have been named in a copyright lawsuit regarding the title track from their duets album, The Rest of Our Life. According to The Hollywood Reporter, two Australian songwriters -- Sean Carey and Beau Golden -- are suing Tim and Faith, along with the song's co-writers and their respective publishing companies, claiming that "The Rest of Our Life" is "blatant copying" of their 2014 song, "When I Found You." The lawsuit, which was filed in a New York federal court, seeks at least $5 million in actual damages, plus profits, a running royalty and attorney's fees.

McGraw and Hill were named in the lawsuit because they're the artists who performed the song, which was written by Ed Sheeran, Amy Wadge, Johnny McDaid and Steve McCutcheon.

Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line and his wife Hayley welcome their little girl Olivia Rose into the world December 23rd, well it looks like they're getting all settled in because they had an ADORABLE photo shoot of their little family of 4, including dog Harley. PEOPLE Country got the photos of the newest member of their little family!

We know that one of the biggest thing Thomas Rhett’s wife likes to be a part of is the 147 Million Orphans Charity which helps out Orphans in Uganda. That is where Lauren and Thomas met their sweet Willa Gray and adopted her from. Now that things have settled down a little bit in the Rhett household Lauren thought it was time to go back and give more of her time and love to the Orphanage.

Lauren recently shared a story on her Instagram on a little boy that she and her team helped named Frances. She captioned the photo with "So this is sweet little Frances. And if you scroll through these pics **WARNING some of them are hard to look at-but it was his reality** he was found by our @147millionorphans ground team in Masindi, Uganda. He is a total orphan, meaning no living relatives… and goes on to explain how they found him, and how he's doing so great now.
