Luke and Nicole Combs celebrated son Beau’s birthday in Alan Jackson style--with a “Chatta-TWO-chee” party! The fishing theme party came complete with a birthday cake decorated with innertubes, seashells and fish. But not for Luke, he’s trying to lose weight!
