Trace Adkins is celebrating 30 years in country music with an anniversary tour, which will be announced soon.

During an interview, he was asked if he forgives his ex wife for shooting him in the heart and nearly killing him in 1994. Trace, who never pressed charges, said:

“Oh yeah... You know, I’ve just always felt like, I don’t think she meant to do it, man. I don’t think she thought she was gonna hurt me. She thought I was indestructible.”
