Bunnie XO will keep the multimillion dollar house that she and Jelly Roll just had built on a massive piece of land.

She will live there with the baby that she and Jelly Roll are currently expecting via surrogate, and Jelly Roll will build his own new house on another part of the land plot.

Sounds like a pretty ideal co-parenting setup!
