Music City Minute: Jon Pardi, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Luke Bryan

Jon Pardi and his fiancée Summer Duncan have had to change-up their wedding plans a couple of times this year because of COVID-19.

You may remember they had a destination wedding in Montana scheduled for May.  After canceling that, they pivoted to a Nashville wedding in the fall.  That IS happening, but they had to trim down the guest list for obvious reasons.

So he came up with the idea to take it on the road.  "My family’s huge, so I had to tell them to hold back, because I can’t have people flying all over coming into Nashville.

“[So] we’re gonna do a wedding tour.  A big party in northern California, a big party in Texas, and a big party in Nashville.” He shared more details about his wedding in our Virtual ACM Interview below.

Tim McGraw wrote a poem to Faith Hill on her 53rd birthday, which was yesterday.  He posted it on Facebook along with a photo of her.

It’s pretty simple but super sweet.

Here it is:

Happy birthday!

The best person I’ve ever known

She lights up every room she walks in . . .

She’s every rose I see . . .

The sun as it breaks the morning . . .

And will be my sun as I break into the night . . .

I love her

I love her

I love her

I love you baby

Tim must’ve thought that wasn’t enough... because a little later he hit up Facebook again and shared a photo of them kissing. He captioned it, “My birthday girl.”

It looks like Luke Bryan and his wife Caroline are already gearing up for the 12 Days of Pranksmas. That’s the annual progression of pranks they unleash on each other around Christmastime Caroline might have outdone herself this time.

Caroline shared a video recently on Instagram of her walking around in a full-headed bear mask with matching footies. At one point in the two videos, she crouches behind some bushes while wearing the disguise.
