Music City Minute: ACM Awards, Taylor Swift, Russell Dickerson, Thomas Rhett

The ACM Awards are coming up on Wednesday and there are already so many performers, Florida Georgia Line, Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Kelsea Ballerini, Miranda Lambert, Luke Combs.. just to name a few!

Well, the ACM just surprised us with another one. Taylor Swift will perform her new song “Betty” on the show. This will be her first performance on the ACM stage in seven years.

Y100 will have a preshow party interviewing all your favorite artists on the radio an hour before the show kicking off at 6pm. The ACM Awards will follow at 7pm.

Russell Dickerson and his wife are now a family of three! They welcomed their first child, a baby boy, Remington Edward Dickerson into the world on Thursday, sharing the news Friday! Remington weighed 10 lbs., 4 oz. and measured 22.5 inches long!

They were trying for about nine months before Kailey got pregnant and told Russell on New Year’s Day.

Baby Remington’s room has a forest theme, inspired by the Dickerson’s camping retreat. Russell said, “One of the first things I am looking forward to with my son is to take him camping.”

Thomas Rhett and his family have been enjoying some time off in Montana. He shared a bunch of photos on Instagram yesterday with the caption, “Moving to Montana.” You’ll see pictures with beautiful scenery, him and his catching fish, Thomas in fishing overalls, and their adorable kiddos!
