The CMA Awards last night were a little ray of sunshine into our lives! For the first time in 2020 country artists were able to gather in the same room and celebrate music. There we a ton of performances, a favorite for a lot of fans was Jon Pardi paying tribute to Joe Diffie.
Maren Morris won the most awards of the night Female Vocalist of the Year, Song of the Year, and Single of the Year for “The Bones.”
Miranda Lambert performed her new single “Settling Down"
Morgan Wallen performed “More Than My Hometown” and after he won the award for New Artist of the Year he announced on social media he’s releasing his double album January 8th!
Chris Stapleton and his wife put on a beautifully simple performance of “Starting Over” - their harmonies seemed to captivate everyone.
Dan+Shay also performed “10,000 Hours" for the first time with Justin Bieber
