Eric Church ALMOST Didn’t Sing The National Anthem For The Super Bowl

Eric Church actually said “no” when they asked him to sing the National Anthem at this year’s Super Bowl. He changed his mind when he found out he’d be performing it with R&B singer Jazmine Sullivan.

His reasoning? He didn’t think he was good enough because he considers himself a “stylist, not a vocalist.”

He said once he hear Jazmine he thought, ‘I’m not missing a chance to sing with her. Once I heard her voice I was in.” If you’ve never heard her before – she has a very bluesy tone, it seems like they’re going to blow us away!

If you’ve never heard Jazmine sing before, you’ve gotta look her up, she has a strong bluesy sound. I think they will compliment each other so well!
