A rumor has surfaced that Keith Urban is buying his wife, Nicole Kidman, a massive townhouse in the posh Upper East Side neighborhood of Manhattan. According to Variety, the sprawling 12,745-square-foot townhouse boasts 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms and is listed for the whopping sum of $39 million. The home, which was once owned by Michael Jackson, also features a grand oak staircase as well as a private outdoor area and large kitchen. Australia's Woman's Day magazine was the first to report on the rumor, saying Keith planned on buying Nicole the lavish six-story pad so she can pursue her Broadway dream. But the home still remains available on the open market, so it's unclear if the gossip is true.
