Music City Minute: Carrie Underwood, Cam, Kelsea Ballerini, Brett Young

Carrie Underwood fans new music is on the way! She announced the release of her sixth studio album, Cry Pretty, will be out September 14th. Carrie says, at this point in her career, she feels stronger and more creative than ever, and thinks that will translate in her new music. And says the album "Is emotional, it's soulful, it's real, and we also have some fun on there too. I hope everyone loves it as much as I have loved making it."

Cam before back at the rodeo in February and has been a busy woman lately! She recently performanced on American Idol and the Late Late Show with James Corden, She just announced her first headlining show at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium. The show will take place on September 26 and will include singer-songwriter Lucie Silvas as the special guest. Tickets go on sale to the public tomorrow at 10 AM!

It seems like everyone loves Kelsea Ballerini, well recently someone asked her how she manages to be so friendly and open with just about everybody. She said it's because of a promise she made to herself when she signed her record deal back when she was 19.

She said, "I promised myself that I would be the same person on stage as I was out to dinner with my friends, as I was on Instagram. I never wanted anyone to see me anywhere and be disappointed, if that makes sense." It all makes sense why we love her so much, she’s just like us!

Brett Young recently got engaged and quickly figured out the key to planning a successful wedding ***CLIP S261*** he says he and his fiancée Taylor are still in the early stages of wedding planning and they are working on nailing down a date and location. It’s looking like November because of his touring schedule.
