Brett Eldredge saw a sign during a show on the last leg of his The Long Way Tour that he says changed his life. Brett was singing his new single “Love Someone” when he noticed a fan holding a sign that said, “Kickn’ Cancers Ass… & Tonight I’m Fallin’ In <3 To The Beat Of The Music.” It was at that moment Brett pulled the fan, Samantha up on stage. Brett serenaded the young girl as she shed some tears, jumped in excitement, and Brett even embraced her with a hug!

Brett shared the moment on his Instagram posting the caption, “Samantha...you changed my life tonight with your heart and your smile...I cannot thank you enough for showing us all how to live! One things for sure, you are KICKING CANCERS ASS and I love you!”

So yesterday we shared the news about Kane Brown’s wedding over the weekend, and now Kane is celebrating that moment with a new tattoo! Kane’s new ink is of his wife’s name, “Katelyn” in cursive below his right thumb. Kane shared the new addition to his Instagram story and you can check it out below!
