SETTLING ON SURI: Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise reached a quickie divorce settlement, including an agreement over how to raise daughter Suri. Details of the agreement remain confidential and the pair released a joint statement indicating they intend to keep it that way.
Legal documents for Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' split have leaked. The papers claim that the couple's marriage was over for six months before Holmes filed for divorce. Tom must pay $400,000 a year to cover Suri’s “medical, dental, insurance, education, college, and camp expenses.” But people are saying the actor got out easy -- the divorce only cost him $4.8 million of his estimated $250 million fortune.
