The Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) is a Department of Defense agency that works to ensure these voters are aware of their right to vote and have the tools and resources to successfully do so—from anywhere in the world. Unfortunately, there is a misconception that voting absentee is too difficult or complicated. Absentee voters may not be aware that FVAP exists to provide tools to help them along the way.
