Steve Wegner, CM Cooking School Instructor (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. BASICS. Learn to make classic puff pastry as well as “Quick Puff." Then you'll use them to make: Black Pepper & Parmesan Cheese Straws; Vol Au Vents (Puff Pastry Shells) Filled with a Savory Salad;
Fresh Fruit Tarlets; and
Cinnamon Sugar Palmiers. $60 CLASS TIME: 11 AM – 1:30 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
