Hannah Smith, CM Cooking School Instructor (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. BASICS. Build a solid foundation of baking skills in this 4 hour intensive hands-on cooking class. Discover the secrets to successfully baking with a variety of flours as you roll up your sleeves, knead, shape and bake: Chocolate Chip Cookies 4 ways; Cheddar Chive Scones with Pastry Flour; Citrus & Dried Blueberry Muffins with Cake Flour; and Rustic Bread Sticks with Whole Wheat & Bread Flours. $70 CLASS TIME: 10 AM – 2 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
