The 27th Annual Home & Garden show returns to the Alamodome Oct. 4-6. The biggest show in all of Texas, this San Antonio show is a perennial favorite, abundant with great ideas for DIYers to help turn your home and garden dreams into reality. This year, friends and funny guys Wayde King and Brett Raymer, of Animal Planet’s hit show “Tanked”, will be making an appearance and hosting a series of interactive classes throughout the weekend. Besides these two lively guests, the family-friendly event will feature: live plant and tree sales; stunning interior design and home accessories; innovative home theater, game room, and flooring features; and an abundance of ideas that will be blossoming at the budget-friendly DIY classes. For those who like hands-on activities, the Home & Garden show will feature an interactive kid’s zone, custom bouquet arranging in the flower market, live birds of prey show, and a pet zone where you can adopt and take home live pets. Throughout the show free wine tastings will be available, along with gourmet food with the purchase of tickets. With so much to do, there is something for every budding home improvement project.

A single ticket is good for the entire weekend. Admittance for adults 17 years and over is $9. Retired military and senior citizen entrance is $6.50.
