CM Cooking School Staff (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. Learn to create this fabulous fall menu that makes the most of the season: Warm Spinach Salad with Blue Cheese & Walnuts; Apple-stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Calvados Cream Sauce ; Butternut Squash Polenta; and Maple Apple Cake. $65 CLASS TIME: 6:30 – 9 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
