CM Cooking School Staff (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. The foods of Provence are typically rich in flavor but simple in style. You’ll want to learn how to create these classic dishes: Basil Palmiers; Provencal Salad with Green Beans, Tomatoes & Olives; Salmon Provencal; Zucchini & Spinach Gratin; and Chocolate-Honey Mousse. $60 CLASS TIME: 6:30 - 9 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
