HANDS-ON. Master the basics of New Orleans seafood cookery with the expert guidance of our Cooking School chefs. In-depth instruction will include:
Oysters Rockefeller; Shrimp Remoulade Salad; Seafood Jambalaya; and Bourbon Street Bread Pudding.
CLASS TIME 6:30 – 9 PM
Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
