Has your dog been so disruptive in a dog training class, you were asked to leave? Does your dog bark and lunge at other dogs? Do you find yourself avoiding going for walks with your dog? The Reactive Dog class was developed to meet the needs of dogs that would not learn in regular pet dog manners classes due to disruptive behavior such as growling, lunging or excessive and uncontrollable barking at unfamiliar dogs.You may be eligible for the Reactive Dog class if your dog shows the following behavior:Barking and/or lunging uncontrollably at other dogs Biting the leash or turning around to snap at you when your dog sees others dogs Growling or snapping if other dogs approachDisruptive behavior in other group class situationsThis will be a 6 week class starting Thursday, May 2nd. A 6:30 class will be offered and if there is enough interest, we will also offer a 7:30 class. The fee for the class is $240 for the 6 weekly classes.CLASS REQUIREMENT: Attendance at the Dogs With Issues seminar prior to attending this class. This seminar will be offered on Thursday, April 18th and Thursday, April 25. You must complete both parts of the seminar in order to be eligible for the Reactive Dog class.
