Mary Martini, CM Cooking School Manager (For Ages 18 & Up) HANDS-ON. Take the mystery out of making ravioli and stuffed pasta. You’ll learn how to mix, roll and stuff fresh pasta dough with succulent fillings. Menu includes: Roasted Vegetable & Goat Cheese Cannelloni; Cheese Tortellini with Tomato Cream Sauce; and Wild Mushroom-stuffed Ravioli with Walnut Pesto. $55 CLASS TIME: 6:30 – 9 PM Students must dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed shoes, no sandals. Long hair should be pulled back and up.
