EMPANADAS 101 CM Cooking School Staff (For Ages 1 8 & Up) HANDS-ON. BASICS. These Latin sweet or savory little bites are great for snacking, make wonderful hors d’oeuvre or, when served with a salad, make a meal. You’ll make the empanada dough and then fill them to create:
Beef Empanadas; Corn Empanadas; Cheese Empanadas;and Dessert Empanadas.
CLASS TIME: 6:30 - 9 PM
Students should dress with kitchen safety in mind. Completely closed shoes - no sandals. No long flowing sleeves. Long hair pulled back.
