HANDS-ON. Take the mystery out of making ravioli and stuffed pasta. You’ll learn how to mix, roll and stuff fresh pasta dough with succulent fillings. Menu includes: Roasted Vegetable & Goat Cheese Cannelloni; Cheese Tortellini with Tomato Cream Sauce; and Wild Mushroom-stuffed Ravioli with Walnut Pesto. $55 CLASS TIME: 6 – 8:30 PM
Students should dress with kitchen safety in mind. Completely closed shoes - no sandals. No long flowing sleeves. Long hair pulled back.
