The festival is FREE and OPEN for the public to attend. Children and adults with disabilities and their families are WELCOME! Wear your Halloween costumes & enjoy family friendly trick-or-treating. Enjoy ENTERTAINMENT by performing arts groups highlighting people with disabilities; A kid-friendly FUN ZONE with balloon artists, caricatures, games, mascot appearances; An INFORMATION ZONE to gather service information on local non-profit organizations and businesses that serve children & adults with physical, mental health, sensory & developmental disabilities; A HEALTH & SAFETY ZONE with specific safety services; An “ASK the EXPERT” session with opportunities for one-on-one question and answers on a range of topics.
