Spurs Move Parker to Bench, Start Murray

He’s only 21 years old and Spurs guard Dejounte Murray has been appointed starter over Spurs vet and four-time champion, Tony Parker. The Spurs have been plagued by injuries this season and have used several rotations throughout the year at the guard positions. The recent change occurred before the Spurs took on the Indiana Pacers on Sunday. Spurs head coach, Gregg Popovich reportedly pulled Parker aside to tell him, “he thought it was time.”

“I was just like, ‘Oh, no problem,’” Parker told ESPN. “Just like Manu, just like Pau, that day’s going to come. And if Pop sees something that is good for the team, I’ll try to do my best.”

To his credit, Murray has shown flashes of the versatile player the Spurs saw when they drafted the 6’5 Washington guard. He’s even put up double digits in rebounds in multiple games, something no Spurs point guard pulled off with ease since Rod Strickland achieved the feat during the 1989-90 season.

Spurs fans shouldn’t be surprised at Parker’s “team-first” attitude. That mentality has been behind the Spurs longevity of success. Even with injuries looming over the team all year, the Spurs are still sitting at fourth place in the Western Conference behind only the Houston Rockets, Minnesota Timberwolves and the Golden State Warriors.

The Spurs will put their new starting point guard to the test when they host LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers tomorrow night at 7pm at the AT&T Center.

You can read more on the Spurs change at the point guard position from our friends at KSAT 12, here!

Music City Minute: Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Dierks Bentley

In Miranda Lambert's 2015 hit "Little Red Wagon" she sings the line "I live in Oklahoma" which she no longer does with her then husband Blake Shelton. Now in her new 2018 "Live Like Hippies" tour she sings a different line and it has her crowds cheering. Miranda found a rather intense replacement for the lyric during the opening night of her tour January 18th in Greenville, S.C. In a fan video posted to Instagram, Miranda struts and shimmies her way on stage up to the fateful verse, before replacing the line with a pointed "I got the hell out of Oklahoma!"

Carrie Underwood can't resist a sweet moment in her home and she shared one on Saturday On Instagram. The video was of her husband Mike Fisher reading aloud to their 2½-year-old son Isaiah from a colorful, biblical storybook. Carrie captioned the precious moment, "Story time with Daddy? Learning about Noah? and my heart melts?." Isaiah learned all about Noah and his arc and he’s pretty knowledgeable about all the animals.

Speaking of Carrie Underwood she shared a picture that shows just how serious her wrist fracture was following the fall she took in November. On Friday, she posted an x-ray image of her wrist online, revealing the plate and screws that were inserted during surgery. In the caption, Carrie said Friday's doctor visit marked the last check up on her wrist, adding that she was now "good to go!" Carrie also thanked her doctor and physical therapist for fixing her up. Aside from her wrist surgery, Carrie also had more than 40 facial stitches due to the fall.

Dierks Bentley has always embraced having personal interactions with his fans, and now they have a new way to stay connected. On Friday, Dierks tweeted that if anybody needed to reach him over the weekend, they could call his "mountain line": 970-426-5381. Upon calling the number, Bentley can be heard saying he was sorry to miss the call, but was up on the mountain right now. He then says to leave a voicemail and he'll try to call back. The phone number's Western Colorado area code encompasses the small town of Telluride, where Dierks wrote and recorded much of his new album, The Mountain.

Music City Minute: The Grammys, LANCO, Jason Aldean, Chris Young

Three of the artists who performed at last year's Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas will team up at the Grammy Awards to honor victims of concert tragedies. Eric Church, Maren Morris and Brothers Osborne are all slated to take the Grammy stage on January 28, coming together for a touching tribute in honor of those affected by the tragic shooting at the Las Vegas festival as well as other victims of concert violence. During the night, the Recording Academy will also take a moment to honor the victims lost to gun violence and terrorism at live music events over the course of the past year. These artists join previously announced Grammy performers, including Little Big Town, Elton John, U2, Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Pink and more.Hosted by TV personality James Corden, the 60th Grammy Awards will be broadcast live on CBS from New York's Madison Square Garden on January 28 at 6:30 PM. It’s definitely going to be an emotional night for everyone, including Eric Church, who says he feels a personal connection to the people that lost their lives in Vegas because a lot of them frequently attended Eric’s shows.

As LANCO releases their debut album, Hallelujah Nights today, the band's Brandon Lancaster talks about how the record's title track sets its tone:

He says, "It kind of encompasses the theme of the entire album which is no matter what situation you're in, looking at the moments you're given and realizing that they're special and the people around you and the things you're going through, you know, you won't get those back and to make the most of them. That's to us what a 'hallelujah night' is."

Check out their next single “Born to Love You”:

Jason Aldean announced a new tour yesterday! The "High Noon Neon Tour," kicks off in Kansas City, Missouri, on May 10. The new tour will hit 34 cities across the country through the fall and will feature special guests Luke Combs and Lauren Alaina. Jason named the tour after a song that appears on his next album, which he says reminds him of the bars he played in Georgia when he was cutting his teeth. Tickets for select dates go on sale beginning January 26. He’ll make a stop in Dallas July 28th.

It turns out wrestler turned actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is a big fan of Chris Young's music. The revelation of The Rock’s love for his music came after the he responded to a tweet from Chris which praised the actor's new film, Jumanji. After thanking Chris for his kind words about his new film, The Rock opened up about what one of the country star's songs did for him. He tweeted, "For the record, 'The Man I Want to Be' came along at the perfect time. Helped me get thru some tough times but that's for another conversation over tequila."Responding to The Rock on Instagram, Chris soon assured The Rock that he'd take him up on the offer. Chris said, "Yeah... I'll drink tequila with @therock anytime... also, go see #Jumanji it's too good."

Music City Minute: Keith Urban + Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Jason Aldean, & Miranda Lambert

Keith Urban had a few surprises for his Nashville fans on last night during a free pop-up show at the city's Exit/In venue. But Keith didn't just stop by to perform some songs he also had several major announcements to make. While onstage, Keith surprised the crowd by announcing the release of his next studio album, Graffiti U, and also revealing its accompanying world tour. And if those announcements weren't cool enough, Keith then welcomed the tour's opener, Kelsea Ballerini, to the stage to help him perform the Camila Cabello song "Never Be the Same." Keith and Kelsea will make a stop in Dallas November 3rd.

Dierks Bentley has a brand-new song called "Woman, Amen." Dierks explains that this song is an ode to his wife Cassie. He says, “The song's about gratitude, and the song's just the cracks in your heart and love and how you really need to have those failures and those cracks to really let love get in, so it's an inspiring song. I think it's an album that has a lot of gratitude in the album throughout every song. So, it's a good song to really just get that message out there, and all that gratitude for me starts at home. There'd be nothing without Cass and the way she's not only made my life, she's been through the ups and downs and made me a better person. I don't know where I'd be without her."

Dierks goes on to say, "Our journey together has made me the man I am today. I doubt my heart would even recognize the old me. This song addresses that in the most direct possible way."Dierks will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today to perform the new song! The video for the song gives a glimpse into its creation, featuring shots from the Telluride, Colorado, studio where it was recorded mixed with clips of the epic mountain landscapes surrounding the area.

Jason Aldean shared a photo of his infant son in full-scream mode. He captioned it, "Brittany is always posting pics of Memphis that are good, but this is actually the stuff she doesn't post."

While the recent batch of winter weather caused many in the country world to rejoice, Miranda Lambert's experience with the snow was much less exciting. Miranda updated her fans on her snow day situation late Tuesday night, posting a series of Instagram videos that show her literally pulling a little red wagon full of her luggage down a snowy driveway. In the video, Miranda explained that she was hauling her things down the driveway because the snow had prevented her tour bus from pulling up to the house. Miranda went on to say that she was preparing to embark on her "Livin' Like Hippies Tour," so improvising a solution was a must. She said,"I'm trapped on my hill and I'm leaving for tour in 4 hours. It's the most cliché, ridiculous thing that's ever happened to me."

Music City Minute: Luke Bryan, Tim & Faith, Midland, Kenny Chesney

As a snow storm headed for Nashville on Monday night, Luke Bryan sat his boys down to share some pretty exciting news with them. In a video posted on Instagram, Luke told his sons and their friends that school had been canceled yesterday and their response is priceless. The video begins with Luke gathering the boys on the couch to tell them the happy news and ends with them jubilantly jumping and screaming to celebrate another day off of school.

Speaking of snow fun – Tim McGraw and Faith Hill recently had a snow day of their own! Faith posted an adorable shot of herself and Tim having a no-holds-barred snowball fight! Then of course they followed it up with the cutest post ever of them kissing.

Midland came on the scene pretty fast last year, and even picked up two Grammy nominations along the way. Quick success like that always brings out the haters. One critic actually accused them of not paying their dues.

That didn't sit well with singer Mark Wystrach. He said, "[That] guy has never seen us live. We take the greatest pride in our ability to play live and to deliver an incredible show.

"And, that's not something that you can fake. You can't fake a live Honky-Tonk or Rock 'n' Roll or Country show. That's something that we've worked at, and it's genuine. That's all we care about.

"Anybody who wants to try to make up falsities about us, come and see us live. Period. That's it."

And you can do that at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo February 11th! Here they are at our Y100 Bud Light 8 Man Jam:

Kenny Chesney is leaving his label home of more than 20 years, Sony Music Nashville, to sign with Warner Music Nashville, we found out yesterday.

There is no word yet on why he decided to make the label change, nor any word on plans for an album after Cosmic Hallelujah, that came out in 2016. He'll join such artists as Blake Shelton, Hunter Hayes, Cole Swindell, and Chris Janson.

Music City Minute: Dierks Bentley, Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton

Dierks Bentley had a lot of help from his friends on Sunday night as he opened his new Whiskey Row bar and restaurant in downtown Nashville. Dierks launched the new Nashville hot spot by welcoming several of his fellow stars to the stage to sing a few 90's country covers. The night included performances from Dierks, as well as Kelsea Ballerini, Thomas Rhett, Maren Morris, Jon Pardi, Brothers Osborne, Cole Swindell, Lauren Alaina, Maddie and Tae and more.

Carrie Underwood finally gave fans what they've been craving on Friday, she released her anthemic song, "The Champion," to the world. Carrie teamed up with rapper Ludacris for the new song, which will open NBC's Super Bowl 52 on February 4th with a video that was filmed last year. In addition to opening this year's big game, "The Champion" will also be incorporated into NBC's coverage of the 2018 Olympic Winter Games, which kick off on February 9 in South Korea.Carrie co-wrote "The Champion" last year with fellow songwriters Brett James, Chris DeStefano and Ludacris (Christopher Bridges), who Carrie personally asked to collaborate on the tune. Carrie says their main focus when writing the song was celebrating athletes at the top of their game, while also resonating with people in their everyday lives. Carrie says, "We hope the lyrics will inspire people to push themselves beyond their limits to conquer anything they are trying to accomplish or overcome. There's a champion in every single one of us!" Ludacris says, "It was a pleasure to collaborate with Carrie for this inspirational song."

Two years after making his debut on NBC's Saturday Night Live in 2016, Chris Stapleton is heading back to the show January 27th. He’ll join the host for that evening, Will Ferrell.

Music City Minute: Tim & Faith, Florida Georgia Line, Thomas Rhett

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have been named in a copyright lawsuit regarding the title track from their duets album, The Rest of Our Life. According to The Hollywood Reporter, two Australian songwriters -- Sean Carey and Beau Golden -- are suing Tim and Faith, along with the song's co-writers and their respective publishing companies, claiming that "The Rest of Our Life" is "blatant copying" of their 2014 song, "When I Found You." The lawsuit, which was filed in a New York federal court, seeks at least $5 million in actual damages, plus profits, a running royalty and attorney's fees.McGraw and Hill were named in the lawsuit because they're the artists who performed the song, which was written by Ed Sheeran, Amy Wadge, Johnny McDaid and Steve McCutcheon.

Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line and his wife Hayley welcome their little girl Olivia Rose into the world December 23rd, well it looks like they’re getting all settled in because they had an ADORABLE photo shoot of their little family of 4, including dog Harley. PEOPLE Country got the photos of the newest member of their little family!

We know that one of the biggest thing Thomas Rhett’s wife likes to be a part of is the 147 Million Orphans Charity which helps out Orphans in Uganda. That is where Lauren and Thomas met their sweet Willa Gray and adopted her from. Now that things have settled down a little bit in the Rhett household Lauren thought it was time to go back and give more of her time and love to the Orphanage.

Lauren recently shared a story on her Instagram on a little boy that she and her team helped named Frances. She captioned the photo with “So this is sweet little Frances. And if you scroll through these pics **WARNING some of them are hard to look at-but it was his reality** he was found by our @147millionorphans ground team in Masindi, Uganda. He is a total orphan, meaning no living relatives… and goes on to explain how they found him, and how he’s doing so great now.

Music City Minute: Dierks Bentley, American Idol, & Cam

Dierks Bentley shared some big news yesterday announcing the release of his ninth studio album, The Mountain, out in early 2018. Dierks revealed that the album was set in motion this past summer while surrounded by some of his musical heroes at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival in Telluride, Colorado. Dierks soon returned to the small mountain town for a retreat with his songwriter friends, where he said the writing process for the album came together quickly. The bulk of the album's songs, including the title track were written during the week of that retreat, which Dierks described as the most inspiring creative experience he's ever had.Dierks said, "Telluride just makes you want to reach for your guitar. We all went out there and got completely off the grid...out of our normal element and the grind that happens on Music Row and it was, from the very get-go, magic. We'd wake up every morning, grab a coffee, take the gondola up, watch the sun come up over the mountains, and by 8:30 we were writing. We just wrote non-stop."

Yesterday we also told you the new version of "American Idol" is abandoning the bad auditions, and we know a lot of people will be sad, that’s their favorite part! Well William Hung thinks that's a BIG MISTAKE.

Of course, William became the bad audition by which ALL bad auditions were judged when he butchered Ricky Martin's “She Bangs” on Season Three.

William Hung did make a great point, he said that without those auditions, the show might not have anything to separate it from "The Voice"…which doesn't do bad auditions.

Our Y100 Bud Light 8 Man Jam alumni Cam is coming to the rodeo February 18th and we can’t wait! Well, yesterday she posted a selfie on Instagram, but it wasn't some fun "Hey, look at me" pic. She wrote some serious stuff in the caption about how the photo was taken last year before a show when she was feeling anxious and inadequate.

She sent it to a friend hoping for feedback because she thought she looked, quote, "ugly-ridiculous-stupid." It's a feeling that she experiences before EVERY show during what she calls her "one hour of anxiety" of trying to look perfect. Now I’m not saying I’m glad this happens to her, but I am glad that she’s showing the world that she’s just a regular girl like all of us.

It goes on to say that she's DONE letting the "beauty ideal" suck up her time, confidence, and ability to control her own self-worth. She pledges to focus on the positive in the New Year.

She included this in the caption, "I'm gonna leave these insecure moments in 2017. I'm gonna save my [concerns] for magical stuff this year. Just like that. So here I go, looking however I look, without the worry, to more present and powerful experiences in 2018."

Music City Minute: Sugarland, Carrie Underwood, Dan + Shay, American Idol

Sugarland has revealed the dates for their upcoming "Still the Same Tour," which will make stops this summer. The tour will include special guests Brandy Clark and Clare Bowen on the first leg, while Frankie Ballard and Lindsay Ell will join the duo for the trek's second half. The will make two stops so far in Texas

July 20 - Grand Prairie, TX @ Verizon Theatre at Grand PrairieJuly 21 - Sugar Land, TX @ Smart Financial Centre

There is a presale code you can use to get tickets and VIP Packages right now that code is “STILLTHESAME” you can use it at Sugarlandmusic.com the rest of the tickets will go on sale Friday at 10am.

Wendy Williams was doing her "Hot Topics" segment the other day, and brought up Carrie Underwood’s accident back in November when she fell on her front porch… and then needed stitches on her face.

Wendy said that she "didn't know a whole bunch about" the accident, and although that would have been the perfect place for her to stop, she didn't. Instead, she suggested that Carrie LIED about the whole thing.

She said, "Carrie said on Twitter that we might not recognize her when it's all said and done. I don't know what that means. An excuse for a facelift? But no, we're cynical. She was already cute, so I don't know what she's doing or what happened."

As you can imagine, that bit of nonsense was all over the place yesterday, which is probably what Wendy Williams was hoping for. A "source" told said Wendy wants to have Carrie on her show to clear the air.

Orginally Dan + Shay thought their new song “Tequila” would be fun party song but then they decided to flip it. They explain how a lot of people related certain alcohol smells to certain memories, certain times in their life, or certain people so it’s really sort of a heartbreak song. Dan says, “It’s kind of a story where it’s like, I can do all these things I can drink whiskey, champagne, red wine all night, but when I taste tequila I’m right back there with that girl.”

This saddens me because I feel like this is a favorite part of the audition process for many people! It was the whole reason why we watch the auditions! I mean come on, who didn’t love William Hung! But American Idol did explain why they’re doing this in a way that completely makes sense, they said, "It doesn't feel comfortable to put borderline unstable people up on stage and laugh at them." Well, when you put it that way I guess it all makes sense. Plus, the inspirational stories are really the ones that make me cry!

Music City Minute: Zac Brown Band, Brett Young, Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Thomas Rhett

Last night was an amazing game the NCAA National Championship where Alabama beat Georgia in overtime 26 to 23! Hopefully you saw the beginning of the game where the Zac Brown Band sang an amazing rendition of the National Anthem featuring the Atlanta Gospel Choir, and you know anything with a choir gives you goosebumps!

It’s hard to believe Brett Young wasn’t a house hold name just about a year ago. His most recent single "Like I Loved You" just went No. 1 and it’s been there the past three weeks! The song marks his third consecutive No. 1 hit and gives him a boost going into 2018. Brett says, "This was such awesome news to start the New Year. I'm genuinely blown away and so thankful to my fans and Country radio for their continued support of my music."

Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan may have once teamed up as co-hosts on the ACM Awards, but the two singers will now find themselves going toe-to-toe on primetime television. That's because ABC just announced that their reboot of American Idol, featuring Luke as a judge, will be in the same time slot as NBC's music competition The Voice starring Blake. Dun dun dun!!! While American Idol's new season launches in March with shows on Sundays and Mondays, the Monday episodes will directly compete with The Voice for viewers. Now THIS is going to be interesting.American Idol premieres its new season with two shows on Sunday, March 11 and Monday, March 12 at 7 PM. While Season 14 of The Voice launches on Monday, February 26 at 7 PM.

Thomas Rhett says his song “Marry Me” imagines what might have happened if he and his wife Lauren hadn't gotten together. He remembers years ago when they were each dating other people, until the day he took a chance and told her how he really felt. Fortunately, she felt the same.

Thomas says, "It's a make-believe story about me being invited to her wedding, and never getting the chance to tell her how I felt about her. I thought that was an interesting way to write a sad song, because it could have been my life very easily."

Music City Minute: Hillary Scott, Jon Pardi, & Gary LeVox

Hillary Scott is nearing the end of her pregnancy and recently shared a pretty incredible video that shows her twin girls quite literally on the move. In the video the twins can be seen actively kicking inside her belly, giving fans a glimpse into a special moment in her pregnancy. In the caption, Scott called her twin girls "baby ninjas" and said she's still "absolutely floored by the fact that we are created to carry life, and that they MOVE like this within us." She then wrote, "I'm trying to soak up these (slightly less uncomfortable) moments that I will miss and try to hold in my heart forever."

Jon Pardi appears to be plotting a duet with his tour mate, Miranda Lambert. In a recent interview he revealed that he's actually recorded a song written by Miranda for his next album with hopes that she'll sing on it, too. While the duet isn't official just yet, Jon does say, "I'm working on it, but we did shake hands. You know Miranda-she's a Texan. A handshake goes a long way. There might be some collab on the next record."

Brian Kelley finally got to meet Florida Georgia Line's newest member: Tyler Hubbard's newborn baby girl, Olivia Rose. On Thursday, Brian posted a picture on Instagram that shows him and wife Brittney sitting on the couch next to the little bundle of joy. Brian said in the caption, "Hard not to get emotional while meeting this precious angel today oh my Lord what a blessing!" He then talked about how proud he is of Tyler and his wife, Hayley, writing, "What a beautiful story God is writing. Y'all got parents of the year on lock already."

Gary Levox from Rascal Flatts personal tour bus caught fire Saturday morning on the way to a hunting trip in Louisiana. He and his brother were on board when it happened but they were able to escape without injuries. It's not clear what caused the fire. He posted a clip through the front door showing smoke inside the cabin. He wrote, "It happened quick and could have been a different story if the ammunition would've caught fire. Thank you lord for your covering this morning."

He also posted a photo of hunting gear sitting on the ground next to the bus, and said, "Not where I was wanting to watch the sunrise."

Health Club Implements New Rule Banning News Networks

Exercise is considered one of the best forms of stress relief and health club, Life Time Fitness seems to agree! The massive health chain made the decision to discontinue showing cable news networks in their facilities. These networks which include the likes of CNBC, Fox News, MSNBC, and CNN will be replaced by channels, USA, A&E, Discovery, and HGTV.

Gym goers will still be able to access their preferred news sources through the facility’s Wi-Fi according to Life Time’s senior director of public relations and internal communications, Natalie Bushaw.

The move is likely to remove the subject of politics from the gym to reduce debates, conflicting views, and create a positive and healthy environment. Could other fitness chains follow suit? What do you think of the decision to ban news networks showing at the gym? Sound off below!

You could read more including a statement from Life Time Fitness from our friends at KSAT12 here!

Music City Minute: Little Big Town, Kelsea Ballerini, & Thomas Rhett

Little Big Town are among the first performers announced for the upcoming 60th Grammy Awards on January 28th. Lady Gaga and hip hop star Childish Gambino are also performing that night. Little Big Town are nominated for two awards at this year's ceremony, including Best Country Album for The Breaker and Best Country Duo/Group Performance for "Better Man." The Grammy’s will be hosted by TV personality James Corden on the 28th!

To hold you over until the show, you can watch their amazing performance of “Better Man” from the CMA Awards two years ago.

Newlyweds Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans kicked their New Year off in style, hitting the beach for a horseback riding honeymoon. She posted the adorable photo to her Instagram and caption it, "And now, we honeymoon."

Thomas Rhett has been named one of the Best Mannered People of 2017 by the National League of Junior Cotillions (NLJC), an organization that teaches children about courtesy, character and other mannerly conduct. Thomas comes in at No. 8 on the esteemed Top 10 list, which includes musicians, professional athletes and even the Prince Harry's new fiancée, Meghan Markle. Some of the other celebrities to make the list include pop star Selena Gomez, Olympic Gold medalist Aly Raisman and Sadie Robertson of the Duck Dynasty fame.

Music City Minute: Blake Shelton, Chris Stapleton, RaeLynn, & Sugarland

There’s always rumors about Blake Shelton but this one scares me, he hinted that he might be retiring soon! It all started when Blake tweeted that he was watching the life story of famed football coach Bruce Arians, Blake tweeted, “Damn proud" to call Arians his friend, telling the coach, "Enjoy your retirement!!! I'll be joining you REAL soon brother!!!" While many took the tweet as a possible sign that Blake is hanging his cowboy hat up soon, we did some digging and that would be highly unlikely because he just signed a deal with Warner Music Nashville, basically proving he’s still committed to making music with his long time label. So Blake fans can rest easy!

If you’re a fan of Chris Stapleton and Justin Timberlake this might be the best news you’ll hear all day. Chris just announced he’ll be one of Justin’s collaborators on his forthcoming album, Man of the Woods. While no specific details about Chris and Justin's collaboration have been revealed, a press release did say that Justin’s new album will also feature duets with Alicia Keyes, the Neptunes and Timbaland. This will be Chris’s first official recording with Justin, as well as their much-anticipated reunion following a huge performance at the 2015 CMA Awards. Justin's new album will be released on February 2.

A couple days ago we told you about RaeLynn’s dog Dolly running away New Year’s night due to loud fireworks. Well, after several days of being lost in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area in Tennessee, her dog has finally been found! RaeLynn shared the exciting news on social media yesterday, and posted a picture of the group of people she called her "heroes" who found her.

RaeLynn said the group didn't want the $5,000 reward that was offered, saying they were just searching for Dolly out of the kindness of their hearts. RaeLynn then wrote, "The first of many miracles in 2018. Dolly survived 3 nights in single digit weather. She is a fighter. Mommy is on her way baby."

By now we all are well aware Sugarland is making a comeback! They teased it on the CMA Awards, and they had an amazing performance New Year's Eve, well now Sugarland has taken to Twitter to reveal the first details about their upcoming tour! The "Still the Same Tour" will make stops in more than 40 cities, right now the only Texas stop is in Sugarland, which obviously is fitting. The dates for the tour have yet to be announced, however, fans can sign up for the email newsletter for first dibs at tickets. The fan pre-sale begins Tuesday. If you haven’t heard their new single yet, it’s called “Still the Same” and it’s just like they picked up where they left off.

Music City Minute: Luke Bryan, RaeLynn, & Blake Shelton

PETA is upset that Luke Bryan gave his wife two kangaroos for Christmas. In a statement, PETA Vice President Colleen O'Brien said that baby kangaroos "belong in their mothers' pouches, not in gift bags" adding that "these joeys have complex needs, including specialized diets and room to roam-they are not toys and will only become more difficult to care for as they grow older." PETA is also calling for an investigation into where Luke acquired these kangaroos from and stands ready to help country star "right this wrong and move these vulnerable marsupials to a reputable sanctuary." So all of that sounds legit right, like no one should be gifting their wives random kangaroos, but when I looked into this further, it’s not even like that. The kangaroos were the latest animal additions to Brett's Barn, a special project that Caroline started in memory of the couple's baby niece, Sadie Brett, who passed away in February from health complications at the age of seven months. With their Brett's Barn project, the couple had hoped to honor their late niece by ultimately working with local charities to bring kids out to see the animals.

This is so sad! RaeLynn is calling on fans to help find her lost dog, Dolly, who ran off her tour bus on New Year's night due to the loud fireworks outside. RaeLynn was playing a show in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area of East Tennessee when her dog went missing, and she's asking for people in that area to be on the lookout. The pup is a small, tan colored Chihuahua, who RaeLynn says she can't imagine being without.

She updated her Instagram 11 hours ago and said, UPDATE: the last time she was spotted was this morning cuddled up in a blanket on someone’s porch in pigeon forge. When they went to grab her she bolted. Someone again saw her around 11:30am. I got here around 3pm from Nashville to lay out her beds and blankets from home. I am so thankful she is still alive and praying that she will be attracted from the scent of her bed. @theislandpf sent out there amazing team to help. It’s been a long day of ups and downs. Please keep praying for her return. 🙏

We’ll keep you posted!

Today show host Hoda Kotb thinks Blake and Gwen will get married! The hosts of NBC's Today show were making predictions for what they think might happen in 2018, Hoda predicted that her good friend Blake Shelton will get married to Gwen Stefani this year. She made her prediction while addressing Blake and Gwen's friend Carson Daly, but Carson denied having any knowledge of the couple's plans to get hitched. To which Kathie Lee Gifford told Carson that he was a "terrible liar."

Check out Hoda’s marriage prediction video!

Music City Minute: Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line, & New Year’s Celebrations!

Carrie Underwood has revealed even more details about that "hard fall" she took on her front porch back in November. That's the one where she broke her wrist and had to have surgery.

Well, she told her fan club members on Sunday that the fall caused severe cuts to her face that required stitches.

She said, quote, "I'll spare you the gruesome details, but when I came out of surgery the night of my fall, the doctor told [my husband] Mike that he had put between 40 and 50 stitches in."

It sounds like Carrie didn't want to tell anyone because she wanted to heal first and then see what it looked like. But she's admitting now that although she's on the mend, she's also "not quite looking the same."

You may remember seeing her face in that photo of her at the gym from a couple of weeks ago. But after looking at it again it's pretty clear that she's hiding her left side.

It was a Christmas miracle for Tyler Hubbard from Florida Georgia Line and his wife Hayley. They welcomed their little girl Olivia Rose into the world and Tyler said, “I had no idea I could love somebody as much as I love @hayley_hubbard but last night God gave us Olivia Rose 🌹 and melted our hearts. We love this little girl more than words can describe and it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet. Our life has been forever been changed for the better. Y’all go check out our story on @people (link in bio). I can’t wait to share more photos with y’all. I’ll try to contain myself from being the annoying parent that post 50 pics a day but I’ve already taken over 100 so forgive me.”

New Year’s was a festive time for everyone including a lot of our favorite country stars including Jake Owen, Jennifer Nettles, Thomas Rhett, Hillary Scott, Lee Brice, Jerrod Niemann and Lauren Alaina.

Music City Minute: Brett Young, Kelsea Ballerini, FGL Baby Update!

Christmas can sometimes bring out weird family traditions. Brett Young admits he has an obsession with a certain movie, and I think a lot of people will agree with him.

He says, "Every single year I can't stop watching the 24 hours of 'A Christmas Story' on Christmas Eve. It has to be on literally for the full 24 hours. It's always running. We'll have three meals and it'll still be running."

He also says he’s not a big baker but he definitely has to make certain things around the holidays.

This is such a cute story! When Morgan Evans and Kelsea Ballerini were pronounced husband and wife December 2nd on the beach in Cabo San Lucas, the young newlyweds and their 100 guests toasted with a tequila shot.

Kelsea says, yes “It’s a little bit different, but that’s how we started.”

They met back in March 2016 when they cohosted an award show in his native Australia, and sparks flew instantly at the afterparty.

“He was like, ‘Let’s take a shot,'” Kelsea says, “I remember taking that shot and putting it down and looking at him like, ‘Oh…he’s superhot.’ Later that night he leaned over and asked if he could kiss me, like a proper gentleman, and I said yes.” Kelsea also shared their first dance song was “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri.

It’s baby season! Jason Aldean’s wife Brittany just had their son Memphis and soon Tyler Hubbard from Florida Georgia Line will have his little girl with his wife Hayley. She posted pictures of their gorgeous nursey and shared a baby bump photo with the caption “39 weeks” my favorite part of thet photos is the closet! Their little girl already has a ton of pink fur and leopard coats, she’s definitely going to be stylish.  See the gallery of nursery photos here!

Music City Minute: Country Christmas Carolers, Kacey Musgraves, & ACM News!

Kacey Musgraves told "Entertainment Weekly" that her next album will be called "Golden Hour"… and it'll be out sometime early next year.

She also revealed that she recorded it at Sheryl Crow’s home studio, which is above her horse stable. She said Sheryl would stop in once in a while to hang out and drink some beer.

Kacey said, "She has Guinness on tap, so she would have one with us. We ended up talking about reincarnation one night and getting so heady. I was like, 'This is amazing.' It set the tone."

Kacey says, she allowed herself to wear several different masks on the album.

"There's the lonely girl, the blissful girl, the new wife, the girl that's missing her mom, the angry girl, the sarcastic girl, the '60s-sequined Cruella de Vil with the beehive, the shy girl, the life of the party, the winner, the loser.

"They're all characters on this record. None of them alone are me, but the 'Golden Hour' is when they all come together and you see me as a whole."

The ACMs have announced some early details about next year's show. The "53rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards" will be going down April 15th in Vegas. It'll be held at the MGM Grand and it'll air on CBS. There's no word yet about who will be hosting or performing. Check for updates at ACMCountry.com.

Imagine hearing Christmas Carolers outside your door and you open it up to see your favorite country superstars and their wives. Happened in Nashville on Monday when Thomas Rhett, Russell Dickerson, and Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard brought the holiday songbooks and rang at least one doorbell.

Music City Minute: Florida Georgia Line, Justin Moore, & Sugarland

Florida Georgia Line fan’s they’re expanding their brand with the announcement of a multifaceted creative compound built in the heart of Nashville's booming entertainment community. The guys envisioned it as a combination of retail, creative, and business space, the compound will include three main components: the TRIBE KELLEY TRADING POST, the world headquarters of TREE VIBEZ MUSIC, and an inspired new private meeting/event space concept called MEET + GREET.

Tyler Hubbard said, "We're so excited to build and create a space for professionals to feel inspired and creative. We hope to bring something new and innovative to Nashville." Brian Kelley agreed, "Passionate people inspire other passionate people. We thrive on letting our imaginations run wild and can't wait to see what this city dreams up together."

Justin Moore may be a famous country singer but when it comes to parenting life around the holiday’s his life is just like anyone else’s. He’s all too familiar with the struggle of trying to get 4 children between the ages of just a few months old to 7 years old to pose with Santa for a picture. He says, "Well, it's a crap shoot each and every year, you know. I mean, a two-year-old takes it totally different than a three-year-old and a six-year-old and a seven-year-old. So, each year it's fun to see that too because you never know, they may be completely great about it and happy about it or they may just lose their mind. So, you just never know with our bunch."

Newly reunited duo Sugarland are set to perform as part of the 2018 edition of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. The duo recently announced new music and a big 2018 tour. After the NYE announcement that Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush will take the stage during the beloved New Year's Eve tradition in New York City at Times Square. They tweeted, "Ain't no party like a Sugarland party!" The yearly show will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest in the Big Apple, while pop singer Ciara will host the Hollywood Party from Los Angeles. Nick Jonas and Camilla Cabello have also been tapped to perform during the legendary New Year's show.

Speaking of Sugarland they finally let us in on when we can expect new music. The first single in more than six years is called “Still The Same” and will be available on the 21st. Jennifer Nettles says "The title of the song is so meaningful to us as we want fans to know, we are still the same, we are still the same Sugarland they've known and loved." Kristian Bush adds, "We want to finish where we left off. We always knew [we] were going to make music again, so this has been the best of both worlds."

Music City Minute: Jana Kramer, Garth Brooks, Thomas Rhett

In an Instagram post on Saturday, Jana Kramer revealed that she suffered a miscarriage… and it's not her first. She posted a photo of herself holding an ultrasound and wrote, "Today, I am one for three."

Sadly, the "one for three" means she's had two miscarriages. Her daughter Jolie Rae is 22 months old.

Here's some of what she wrote, "I debated posting this for the exact reason why it's a silent struggle. I don't want 'I'm sorry' or sympathy. I just don't want to feel alone, and I know I'm not. This unfortunately isn't my first loss.

"When I first found out I was pregnant I wanted to shout it from the rooftop but I know for reasons like this we have to wait. So because we don't tell many, we have to suffer silently… and suffering silently was my thing in the past, but it's not now."

She also offered support to other women who have miscarried, saying she's there if they need a safe place. And she shared a post from her friend's blog that she turned to for inspiration. Go to the blog.

Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood have been married since 2005 -- so that makes yesterday their 12th anniversary. However, as most fans know, they’ve been friends for even longer than that. The pair sang together on countless Garth hits, and were frequent touring partners while both were married to other people and Garth just continues to gush over Trisha after all these years saying, “She’s that funny, she’s that many different women, she never gets old, if you’ve been around her she’s entertaining as can be, she’s unbelievable just to stare at, and you just want to be in the same room with her, you may not be doing the same thing, but as long as you’re breathing the same air, you’re good.”

If you're in need of a little sweetening up this Christmas season, Thomas Rhett just posted a photo that would melt the heart of any Grinch.

The proud dad showed off his younger daughter Ada James, all bundled up against the December chill in a polka-dot snowsuit and too-cute-for-words knitted lambs-ear hat. Fans, couldn't resist gushing over the precious moment, with many remarking about the striking resemblance between Ada and her father.
