Johnson, who was also known as Chad Ochocinco during his NFL playing career, posted a video on his account Friday night and he appeared to be surprised that he could pay using a tablet at the table.

“Did you guys know they had these machines at Applebee’s?” Johnson said.

Johnson continues to increase his tip as he presses the icon on the screen as the waitress watches.

“When my finger cramps that’s when I’ll stop,” Johnson said in the video.

The final bill? $268.17. That’s including the 342 percent tip.

Brett Favre to Eagles: 'Enjoy the moment'

Brett Favre has been to two Super Bowls as a player, so Philadelphia Eagles coach Doug Pederson thought the former quarterback would be a natural to address his team on the eve of Super Bowl LII.

Favre didn’t disappoint. He talked with the Eagles on Saturday night at the team’s hotel, NBC Sports Philadelphia reported. His advice was simple and direct.

“We know the Patriots. They're a tremendous team. Their quarterback is the greatest to ever play. Bill Belichick is the greatest coach to ever coach. You know what they're about," Favre said, recounting his speech to NBC Sports Philadelphia. "They're going to play the whole game. Don't ever say -- kinda like last year, 'We have it won and we're going to go to the drive-thru.' That's not a good idea."

That was a reference to the Atlanta Falcons, who led the Patriots 28-3 during the third quarter of Super Bowl LI, only to see New England stage the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history to win in overtime.

Favre won Super Bowl XXXI with the Packers against the Patriots in 1997 at the Superdome in New Orleans. He lost the following season against Denver. He said that he told the Eagles to savor the success they have had this season.

"I congratulated them on the year they've had; it's a wonderful year," Favre told NBC Sports Philadelphia. "And just encouraged them to enjoy the moment. You think you're always going to come back after you've gotten a chance to go but it's such an honor to play in the Super Bowl. And to just embrace that. And I told them, 'This is probably something I should have told you two weeks ago, but this is the longest two weeks of your life and it's going to be the longest 24 hours plus of your life. The game at this point can not get here quick enough. But it's going to slow down even more.'"

This week, fans of the hit HGTV series watched the home renovating duo team up with former football player Tim Tebow to give a dream home to a family in need. Melissa and Jody Copp have two sons, Calan, 9, and Lawson, 5, who are both in wheelchairs, so the family needed a ADA-approved home. The Make-a-Wish foundation and Tebow’s own foundation teamed up to put the family in contact with the Gaineses, who delivered one heck of a dream home.

Chip Gaines took to Instagram on Tuesday and revealed that he and Joanne decided to take things a step further by offering to help pay off the family’s mortgage.

“To me, this picture is worth a thousand words—a thousand encouragements—a thousand happy moments. BUT, there’s more work to do. Thanks for teaming up with us to get this thing finished! Their lives are forever changed because of your generosity.”

In September, the couple announced that they will be ending “Fixer Upper” for good in a post on their official blog.

“It is with both sadness and expectation that we share the news that season 5 of Fixer Upper will be our last,” they wrote at the time. “While we are confident that this is the right choice for us, it has for sure not been an easy one to come to terms with. Our family has grown up alongside yours, and we have felt you rooting us on from the other side of the screen. How bittersweet to say goodbye to the very thing that introduced us all in the first place.”

The “Breaking Bad” alum broke the news to fans in a post on Facebook Thursday. Sitting behind piles and piles of packages, Cranston looked directly into the camera, a bleak look on his face when he delivered the news to fans.

“Dear friends, This is the third double-stack of fan requests that are pouring into the office here in London. (This is a real shot. It’s not altered) I have already spent hours and hours over the previous two stacks and took them personally to the post office. I can’t do it anymore. I’m just overwhelmed. Even with an assistant it’s too much,” he wrote. “After 18 years of signing anything and everything for fans – I’m retiring. I hope you’ll understand and honor this announcement. I will still happily meet you in person and personalize autograph books and photos, and take pictures, and sign programs for those seeing a play of mine, but no more merchandise or clothing or DVDs or resale signatures on card stock or signed photographs, etc etc.”

The actor went on to thank his fans for years of support.

In January, the cast of “Breaking Bad” reunited on Twitter to share heartfelt tributes to the show’s 10th anniversary.

Aaron Paul, who played Jesse Pinkman, took to Twitter with a sweet video in honor of the milestone.

“10 years ago today Mr. White and Jesse Pinkman decided to start cooking crystal meth.” tweeted Paul. “Thank you Vince for coming up with this crazy concept. Here’s a quick video of our journeys. Happy 10th anniversary #BreakingBad.”

Cranston, who played Walter White, later responded to Paul writing, “Yo Bitch! I stole your line, Aaron. But you can ‘Say my name! Just thinking about the 6 magical years on ‘BB’ with our great cast and crew. I miss you all, even those Heisenberg had to kill. Vince, you’re a genius and a wonderful human being. Thank you for the ride of our lives!”

He later tweeted a joke about the “coincidence” of Jan. 20, ten years after the premiere.

“The government shutdown today comes on the 10th anniversary of the premiere of ‘Breaking Bad,’ Jan 20, 2008,” he tweeted. “Coincidence? Or could Heisenberg have something to do with it? Hmmm?”

Edwards, 74, who replaced The Temptations singer David Ruffin, died Thursday a day before his 75th birthday, his family confirmed to CBS News.

The Grammy Award-winner joined the successful soul group in 1968 and was featured on a number of hits, including “I Can’t Get Next to You,” “Papa Was a Rolling Stone” and “Ball of Confusion.”  He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989 as a member of the Temptations

Edwards was born in Birmingham, Alabama., on Feb. 3, 1943, but considered Detroit his home.

He was singing with a different group, the Contours, before joining The Temptations after the group fired Ruffin.

Edwards left the group around the time it split with Motown in the mid-1970s, but returned in 1980 when it reunited with Motown. He reunited with and split from the group several more times, until finally calling it quits in 1989, according to Rolling Stone.

Edwards scored a solo hit, “Don’t Look Any Further,” in the mid-1980s, which climbed to No. 2 on the R&B chart.

Dashcam video shows Carrie Underwood was very polite during first traffic stop

The dashcam footage from Carrie Underwood’s recent traffic stop in Brentwood, Tennessee, has been released, and it confirms the country singer may be one of the most humble and polite stars in the business.

In the video, released by the Brentwood Police Department, Underwood’s Mercedes SUV is pulled over in a residential section of the Nashville suburb. The officer approaches the car and asks her, “What’s the big hurry, ma’am?” Underwood replies, “I wasn’t even paying attention. I know that’s no excuse.”

The 34-year-old  tweeted after the traffic stop, “Well, it happened today. After 18 years, I can no longer say I’ve never been pulled over for speeding. I feel so ashamed! I may or may not have cried in my car after the cop let me go.”

Underwood’s husband, hockey player Mike Fisher, got a big kick out of his wife’s brush with the law.

He tweeted, “Proud of you honey!”

It’s been a big week for the couple beyond the traffic stop. On Wednesday, Jan. 31. Fisher held a press conference with the Nashville Predators to announce his return to the NHL team this season. He’ll be headed back onto the ice in the coming weeks as the Preds gear up for another shot at the playoffs in the run-up to the Stanley Cup Finals. Fisher was the team captain last year when the Predators made it to the finals, but they lost the big prize to the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Fisher announced his retirement last August, but he began to feel like he had some unfinished business with the Predators. For her part, Underwood was excited to see her husband return to the ice.

“Carrie kept asking me almost every day what I was going to do,” Fisher said in the press conference. “She wanted me to do it. She’s usually right.”

Underwood tweeted her excitement about Fisher’s return, saying, “This is happening! Fish is back! So proud of you, baby! We want the cup!!!”

Billboard reported that Underwood’s new song, “The Champion,” featuring Ludacris, will be the opening song for the Super Bowl Feb. 4. It will also have a music video and be featured in coverage of the 2018 Winter Olympics.

Underwood has also been in the studio writing and recording new music for her upcoming studio album.
