Christmas came early for one college student in England, thanks to Amazon.
Robert Quinn, 22, began receiving items from Amazon last week, none of which he had ordered. The mistaken orders included everything from an ironing board to a 55-inch Samsung 3D TV.
Quinn, a student at the University of Liverpool, called Amazon to report the erroneous deliveries. To his surprise, Amazon assured him that the rightful owners would get their orders, but that the delivered goods were his to keep.
While Amazon told The Telegraph that the matter had been resolved, Quinn says he’s still receiving packages.
Quinn plans on giving away some of the items as gifts and to charities, then sell some back to Amazon to raise money for the cannabis grinder he has invented.
